Summary: Must have for a busy family!
Review: I borrowed this cookbook from the library and now I have to buy it because it's GREAT! Everything I've tried has been a hit with the whole family. It lists the nutritional value for each dish and includes side dish suggestions too! "Buy it, you'll like it"!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: great on busy nights
Review: I usually like cooking gourmet meals entirely from scratch, but everybody has a busy day now and then. My brother had made me a couple of things from this cookbook (raspberry honey chicken and mexican pasta salad) and I was hooked.

The recipes are reliable and consistently a hit; although, there are a number of recipes in the book that I know I'll never use. I tend not to use prepared ingredients because the results are often disappointing, but this book has managed to walk the fine line between convenience and taste. They also include suggested sides so that I don't have to give dinner any thought at all.

In addition to the two mentioned above, some favorites include florentine pizza, chicken stir fry pizza, margarita chicken, italian three bean skillet and spinach-feta frittata. I know I'm leaving some out, but this book accomplished what it set out to do and has helped me put dinner on the table quite a few nights.

Review: Not only does it contain nutrition information for all dishes but each recipe has a color photo and the ingredients are things I already buy! Every busy mom who likes to feed her family well should buy it!

Summary: Simple, Fast and GOOD!
Review: This book is great! I've never really cooked all that much--but this book has made it very easy for me to "throw together" wonderful dinners easily in not a lot of time. It's really made me look like a gourmet!!!

I recommend this book to ANYONE--but it's especially helpful for inexperienced cooks with not a lot of time on their hands!
