Vegetarian Pleasures

Review: This is one of the best vegetarian cookbooks I have ever seen--and I have dozens. Everything I have ever made from this book has been wonderful. I'm just sorry it's out of print--my copy is getting dog-eared from years of use!

One caveat--it may be vegetarian, but this is NOT a diet cookbook. In fact, many of the recipes are downright sinful. However, I use it often for entertaining since most of my friends are not vegetarians, and this gives me a chance to show them just how incredible meatless meals can be. (And I have never once had a complaint...)
