Review: Easy, yummy recipes and beautiful big color photos. I love this cookbook and highly recommend it. The veggie lasagna is EXCELLENT!!! Also, the Hearty Rice Skillet and the Eggplant recipe are very good! I am excited to try more recipes from this.

Review: Okay, so maybe I'm just not that schooled in cooking but I found this book extremely time consuming. From pulling out my dictionary to find out what some of the incredients were to calling my mom to have her walk me through the steps--I did not feel like Better Homes was holding my hand. And another thing, the dishes never tasted how I thought they would. They tasted fine, just not what I expected. One huge positive, the finished product pictures are beautiful.
