Review: Even if you consider yourself an excellent cook, this book is wonderful. The recipes are simple, but with that "home cooked" taste! LOTS of pictures. I especially like the section "Make It Hearty", which has suggestions for simply adding a couple of additional ingredients to a can of soup to make a meal.

This is a great gift for busy families! Well worth every penny!
