Review: I'm a student at the Calhoun School and to be honest Chef Bobo makes amazing food. I have never read the book but I have complete confidence in it and I encourage you to buy the book.

Summary: A book to introduce finicky eaters to new tastes!
Review: My husband kept his little-boy attitude of "I haven't had it before, I don't like it." I like chinese, italian, thai, morrocan, mexican, persian, you get the idea. My husband likes spaghetti, mac n cheese, chili, and burgers. Until Chef Bobo. Instead of "That smells funny, what is it?" I'm getting "wow that smells good!" Then I'll try something from a persian cookbook and I'll hear "that smells kinda like that Chef Bobo thing you did last week..... I think I like it." YES! Chef Bobo's recipes are good, filling, and healthy. I love the stories around each recipe. And I haven't met a Chef Bobo recipe yet that doesn't pass the ultimate test - it reheats well.
