Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A must-have book for every chef
Review: This book has everything going for it. It's one of the best cookbooks I've ever seen. The whole "Best of Gourmet" series is great, but this is one of my favorites. Do not let the year (1992) deter you, because this book has stood the test of time beautifully, and if the date wasn't printed on it you'd never know. It is chock full of beautiful pictures, entire menus, and recipies for everyone from the novice cook to the gourmand chef. The recipies are easy to follow, delicious, and beautiful. When I don't feel like cooking, I even just enjoy flipping through and enjoying the photos - they're THAT good! Every serious chef should have this incredible book.
