Summary: I reccommend EVERYONE get this cookbook!
Review: I have purchased several cookbooks to help guide me through mealtime should Y2k be more than just an inconvenience. This is by far the best, AND the cheapest! I have tried several of the recipes, and they are really, really good. Y2k or not, I will be cooking with this cookbook when I need to put a meal together from my home food storage pantry!

Summary: This will be a y2k classic.
Review: I wondered what I was going to cook during y2k and how to cook some of the different things that I was not used to cooking or eating. This book came to my rescue, and I can now enjoy some variety in my meals. We dont have to live on parched corn and tree bark :-) Also included in the book are tips and menu ideas as well as many great recipes. There are even blank pages for you to include your own tips and recipes. This book is a "must have" to go along with your y2k stash!!
