Review: I have used this cookbook and the sequel since they were first released in the 70's. I think mine were purchased in '78. I love to use these mixes as gifts, especially at Christmas and as new neighbor or busy friend gifts. I have just begun my search to replace my very tattered copies. Help appreciated! [e-mail]
