Review: well, who would have thought there was so many ways to wrap it up and so many taste, color, and texture combinations! I liked the book because it wasn't your average "chicken for the family" recipe book..It found a great little niche..Ms. Cotler explores something creatively different fun, and tasty as well; great as a gift idea!
