Review: With my husband having been in the bakery trade and having a GREAT appreciation for the art of bread baking, we found this book the easiest of all! It will help me master the Nancy Silverton LaBrea Bread baking book, which I also treasure. Like anything done well it takes practice... and the aromas are worth the work. Thank goodness for my KitchenAid mixer!
