Review: I have used the receipt for bluberry wine for 3 years with one exception: I use 3 lbs of frozen , wild bluberries and 3 large contaners of frozen white grape (skip the raisens) concentrate and have made the best red wine in years,,,, similar to MERLOT but with outstanding color and flavor.
