Review: I originally bought this cookbook for my boyfriend (now my husband) to encourage him to learn to cook, and it worked. Everyone I have given this book to (experienced cooks and beginners)loves this book. I use it too! Not every recipe is easy,but that's OK. Some of these recipes have become monthly favorites, such as Red Snapper w/white wine tomatoes and capers and Chicken in Madeira sauce. This book with a 12 inch non-stick skillet is a great housewarming gift.

Review: This is a great cookbook for the novice or the more experienced gourmet. My son-in-law picked it up one day and surprised his wife with a fancy breakfast and and by the following week he prepared three different types of meals for me as a birthday present on thanksgiving week end. Highly recommend it.
