Review: Having seen Betsy Oppeneer on TV and noting her enthusiasm I had no doubt her book would be good; it is! Whether one has baked for years or is a novice, this book has something for all. She has even prepared a troubleshooting chart - much like one might get with an appliance book - and has tips throughout to ensure a good end product. She has created some very unique breads like onion/sage rolls and includes recipes as well for more traditional breads like brioche and Anadama bread. Very "user friendly".
