Rating: Summary: Mad about Mexican Cuisine Review: Mad Coyote Joe's way with Mexican cooking comes from his love of the culture and people south of the border. The pictures give you a great measuring stick when you try the recipes themselves and you can tell that his affection for the food is genuine. Buy the book, test out the recipes and then buy it for your friends. Like his first book "The Sonoran Grill" this one will be on your bookshelf and in your kitchen for a lifetime.

Rating: Summary: The real enchilada! Review: This was so much more than just another cook book. The author really gets to the soul of Mexican cooking. The book is well written and full of beautiful pictures, combined with Mad Coyotes unmistakable sense of humor. The recipes are easy to follow and the little stories surrounding those recipes gives the reader a feel of what a Mexican kitchen is all about. I also love the sections on chiles and Tequila, very imformative!
