Summary: A good book yet not for bodybuilders or fitness
Review: I was really sold on this book by the reviews and I was disappointed because I thought she might have calories, fat, and protein numbers posted for each recipe. Sadly, I did not take into consideration that the author is writing to the general public and not those who are improving their physique. Overall, this is a great book for those struggling to make someone more than fried chicken. I highly recommend this for others but for fitness buffs, I suggest to steer clear of this one.

Summary: One of the most useful cookbooks I've got
Review: I was really surprised; single-ingredient cookbooks are generally really hit-or-miss, and include a lot of recipes you'll just never use. 365 Ways to Cook Chicken is an exception, with lots of useful, versatile ideas for working with poultry. Some of these recipes have become family standards; we make #121 and #147 very regularly, and we've adapted some of the sauces and spice combinations in here to other dishes as well.

I'm definitely going to be seeing if I can track down the rest of this series.

Summary: Dear Cheryl
Review: My copy of this book is signed by you. I bought it at a party given by Susan F. in Riverside, CT before it was shipped to bookstores at one of those girl group dinners. You were pinning your fortune on it. Now, all these years later, I'm buying 10 copies to give to my immediate family members for the holidays. It is the most tatered, stained, smeared and well-used cookbook I have. I hope that it has brought you all the rewards you were hoping for, and I must say, I have never had a bad result using any recipe in it, although my cooking skills are not my strength. Thank you for many years of good eating. Janice Lee in Cleveland Ohio

Summary: Great for beginners!
Review: This is a great book for people trying to expand their basic expertise in the kitchen. While you won't find any 5-star restaurant meals in this book, the recipes taste good and almost all of them are relatively easy to make. Experienced cooks may find this book a little boring but it's perfect for someone trying to get a feel for cooking.

Summary: Easy and delicious dishes every time!
Review: What a great book this is. The recipes are written clearly and concisely. Some of my children's favorite chicken dishes - I discovered in this book.Any cookbook that can accomplish that is tops with me. It wasn't until a friend of mine borrowed the book from me that I realized how much I depended on it. I've gone to grab the book 3 or 4 times in the two weeks she's had it - now I'm buying a copy for her as a gift.

Summary: If you like chicken you can't go wrong
Review: with this excellent collection of recipes. My husband bought me a copy for Christmas before we were married---he's not crazy about red meat and I don't like pork, so we meet in the middle with chicken. But every cook knows that chicken recipes can get a little boring after awhile. I was tired of chicken and noodles, chicken and rice, chicken cordon bleu . . . this book rescued me just in time! Our favorites are the recipes for boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but we also enjoy the Oven-Fried Garlic Chicken.
