Review: This is one of the better books I've ever read. The research of Sophie Coe is quite amazing and her passion for the history of chocolate is contagious. Her husband Michael is a beautiful writer...and he was called on to finish this the last work of his brilliant wife who died before it could be completed. I loved this book !!
