Summary: Amazing book for the chocolate lover w/extra time
Review: This is a great book for anyone with at least some baking experience and a passion for chocolate. I am by no means an expert baker, but I have had great results baking from this book. There's a brilliant picture for almost all of the recipies (very usefull!) and the writing is excellent, mixing short anecdotes and detailed, easy-to-understand directions. If you're willing to put the extra time and effort into making an extroardinary dessert, this is definitelly the book for you!
