Summary: Mouth watering coffee table book you could really use
Review: Last night we were visiting friends. I noticed this book in their cookbook collection because Weber's are the best grills. I thought it was going to be a fluffy coffee table book and I could see some pictures of food to prepare for the dinner we were making. It is that and much more. Turning each page is a wonderful looking recipe with a great picture of what it should look like. This could be a great book to leave on the coffee table.

I have looked through recipe books before. We recently bought a church cookbook with hundreds of recipes. "Weber's Art of the Grill" had more mouth watering recipes than that entire church cookbook. I can't wait for someone to buy me my own copy so I can start trying the recipes.

Summary: Great Grilling
Review: Nothing like it!

Having tried to use numerous cookbooks over the years and having been frustrated with ease of use and clarity, I found this book a welcome relief.

It was beautifully photographed--a picture for each recipe another novel idea--and exceedingly easy to understand...the writing is for the ages.

I like it so much, I am buying several more as gifts to fellow cuers.

Summary: This book blows my mind every time.
Review: Okay, I just have to say that every time I try a recipe from this book, I can't believe how good it is. First it was the Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce. Outstanding! Then it was some amazing Polenta with Black Bean Salad. Last week my wife and I devoured four servings of Butterflied Chicken under Bricks. And last night we hit a new high with Boneless Pork Chops with Fire-Roasted Tomatillo Sauce. I am not kidding. This book is fabulous.

Summary: STOP.......Not quite up to par
Review: The book is well illustrated and has some interesting recipes, but if you are looking for a grilling book, this is not it. There are recipes for deserts and salads. Only a small number of recipes for burgers, chickens or steaks. I believe less than 20 total.....

I highly recommend Burger Meisters by Marcel Desauliner which is the best burger book around.

Also "Hot Barbeque" for other barbeque recipes.

Summary: Terrific recipies and great pictures
Review: The book uses ingredients readily available at the supermarket. The ideas are good and the presentation in color is very appealing. Overall it is a beautiful book which will make you a better chef at the grill.

Summary: Something different- yet still simple enough
Review: The recipes for outdoor living are simple enough for almost anyone. The great color pictures of the finished foods can actually be matched with the food that you prepare using the recipes. The food tastes as good as it looks. This book is a real must for any grilling enthusiast (expert or beginner). You will not be disappointed by Weber's Art of the Grill.
