Summary: Unbelievable Recipes!
Review: Oh if we only had time for all the recipes! It could take years to make them all. The one's we've tried are stupendous! (Of course our Weber Grill helps). Great cookbook for the guy or gal who want more out of grilling. A must for your cookbook collection, for sure!

Summary: Great recipes and techniques
Review: Great book to broaden your grilling skills past the direct flame methods. Fantastic recipes -- the Rosemary Tri-tip is my wife's favorite while I prefer the beer can chicken. I also love the maple pork chops. Really opened my eyes to new grilling ideas and methods.

Summary: If you don't have this book, you're not grilling
Review: The Weber's Big Book of Grilling is the single most used cookbook that I own, out of over 100 cookbooks. There are so many outstanding recipes that it is difficult to know where to begin. If I get a couple of good recipes out of a book I think it's mostly successful, but I have made at least 30 from this (most of them I have repeated) and they are all outstanding. The beer can chicken, the tequila shrimp, the texas rub. There are excellent technique descriptions throughout the book that describe how to do various things correctly right down to making the proper grill marks on a steak. This is a serious grilling book for those truly dedicated to the type of Man cooking that provokes both ridicule and awe from the fairer sex. Grill on, but you will need this book!

Summary: Grilling is fun!!!
Review: My husband loves to grill and we love food cooked that way, but I felt that things were getting a little boring. Same old stuff, time after time. We own a Weber grill, and I found this book on line, so I bought it. We have had a wonderful time looking through the recipes and picking out different things to try. Nothing seems too complicated or overly time consuming, yet everything we've made so far has been just WONDERFUL. Not only the recipes, but the marinades, sauces, and rubs, too. We've also learned a lot about different cuts of meat and different ways of cooking. I cant' say enough good things about this book. My father also owns a Weber and has been grilling for many years, but I plan to buy him this book, because I think he and my mom will really enjoy some of the recipes. This is just a great book to own.

Summary: Great grilling basics book
Review: We love to grill and got a little tired of steaks and burgers, then a friend had us over for shrimp kebobs to die for and he also had a bunch of other fantastic grilled seafood that night as well. He let me browse his Weber book, and I decided to buy it. It's a good starter book for grilling and has advanced stuff too, but isn't too complicated to try something new. We grilled some halibut and trout for the first time from this book. Turned out wonderful! It's one of those books that inspires you to throw a great backyard party. Great pictures, simple, complete instructions. The only thing I couldn't understand was the awful-sounding s'mores recipes, but other than that, I highly recommend it.

Summary: Great book with lots of recipes and grilling tips
Review: The book was much more than I expected. Probably the best grilling book I own.

Summary: Simple & Straightforward
Review: This book is an excellent reference for grilling....Also has some surprising and fun ("You mean you can grill THAT?") recipes.

Summary: Good Book..with some reservations
Review: This is a good book, especially for a beginner. I do think that Weber tends to be a little too conservative in their cooking instructions for someone with a little experience. For exemple, they want you to cook a steak by searing over direct heat, then cooking indirect. Totally unnecessary and too fussy. Any steak up to 1 1/2" should be cooked over full blast direct heat. The recipes are basically good, and the stories are entertaining, but their cautious approach is too fussy for me.

Summary: Absolutely No-Fail Grilling Everytime!
Review: This book is an absolute must for anyone looking for great grilling techniques & recipes! I am an avid cook & have tried dozens of recipes out of this cookbook - everyone was a hit. Although we don't have a Weber grill, the times & temperatures listed in each recipe guarantees success. You won't be disappointed....
