Summary: Very good book for learning MFC.
Review: I am a C programmer with little knowledge on C++. Previous to reading the book, I know nothing about Windows API, not alone MFC. After spending about 6 hrs to read through the first 7 chapters, I can already write applications with some dialogs controls and feel confortable enough to look up information in help files to learn other MFC objects. This is all because of the effective outline and clear explanations presented by the book. In conclusion, this book is ideal for people with programming background to learn Windows API and MFC.
