Rating: Summary: This book blew me away! Review: This book blew me away! I've been using Linux (in addition to Windows) for quite some time. I was excited when I first downloaded the free version of WordPerfect for Linux. Finally, world-class word processing on Linux. It's pretty easy to use. But some things just aren't in the documentation. This elegant book by Phyllis Davis told me everything -- and I mean everything -- that I needed to know about using WP for Linux in a mixed environment. The instructions are detailed and step by step. In addition to the basics, the book covers many advanced features, such as merging and sorting, and working with fonts. It makes it all very easy! Worth the price of admission: the explanation of logging on to WordPerfect as the administrator to add new fonts. Congratulations, Phyllis Davis: this book is a splendid achievement.
