Review: Since the research position is a new one in our organization I was starting from the ground and working up. I needed some instant answers as to where my researcher could start looking for information on donors until I could obtain professional training for my staff. I checked this book out at the library but have found that I need to have my own copy. I rarely purchase books so that says alot.
