Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Good for ARM begginers
Review: Good for ARM system begginers. Although this book lacks many important issues, it is well suited for those who want to jump into ARM programming. while it is expected to focus on ARM, in many places, this book loses the expected focus and discusses general non-ARM topics

Summary: A good overall source of information
Review: If you're looking to learn about the ARM system architecture, this is pretty much the only game in town.

It provides a good overview of many aspects of the architecture, however, it leaves out many key facts and in places confuses the simplest of issues.

It is full of illustrative diagrams and examples; however some of the tables you are better off not trying to understand (see above about confusing otherwise clear subjects).

Overall I liked the book, and even though it's 4 years old, it's still pretty relevant.
