Review: (Note: I am the publisher of this book.) When Becky and Gretchen came to me with the idea for this book, I asked, "So what makes this different from all the other computer help books out there?" Becky's answer surprised me, but made a lot of sense. She told me that all the books on the market assumed too much, and were written by techies for techies. She needed a book to teach brand-new computer users how to get started.

After reading through the manuscript, I agreed to publish it. I have received many compliments from people who have read the book and all have said something like, "Wow! This is just what I/my parents/my spouse/etc. needs! I can actually UNDERSTAND this book!" The Easy Way to Learn Computing is very helpful for seniors and people who are brand new to computing. I enjoyed it, learned some things, and now use them daily.

Review: My Grandma is getting into computers now, at 70 years, and she absolutely loves this book! She says that it takes her a little while, but the book always has the answers she needs, and that most of the time it's taking is because she doesn't type very well anymore. She has been through the book twice, and has recommended it to her friends who are interested in using computers. She says this is the best (and most respectful) book out there for the novice user!
