Review: This book is essential reading for anyone considering placement of material on the internet. For the most part, Mr. Vercessi's book is excellent. I was disappointed for two reasons. First, the author did not share with his readers any information about the results, financial or otherwise, of his internet publication efforts. I found it difficult to become excited about net publication when one of the seminal users of this venue failed to say whether the effort spent was at all worth it. Second, I think the author should have listed the various internet venues available at the time of publication of his book. From the perspective of Mr. Vercessi's experience in this area, some indication of the reliability of the various net publishers would have been invaluable to prospective net authors.
