Review: Being associated to quite a few authors, I know it is impossible to include all the "user specific" problems in the book. This is the problem most of the authors face when it comes to making a decision on what to include in the book and to what extent.Sham has found a great solution to this by providing free technical support to everyone who is using his book. Initially, I did not believe this because it gets extremely hard for an author to answer so many technical questions. But when I wrote to Sham for tech support, I was surprised to see the answer to my query in less than 24 hours. I have never ever seen an author providing free tech support and that too in less than 24 hours. I am glad that I am using this book because if I get stuck somewhere, I know whom to fall back on. Good job Sham, keep it up.

Summary: Impressive New Additions
Review: We used the Release 5 version of Sham's text in the previous semester and I totally agree with Claude Oliver on the comment that he posted about Release 5 book on Amazon.com. Students had a great time learning using Release 5 book. Along with all the free faculty material that he gave to the teaching faculty members, this book did wonders. There were some suggestions that we sent to Sham and when we got the Release 6 book, we checked for those suggestions. We were really glad that Sham has incorporated those suggestions in Release 6 text. This shows that he is open to suggestions, which is really great. The new features of Release 6 are explained with a great technique that Sham has developed in his books over the years. What more, in this release Sham has added two additional student projects in the book itself in addition to the projects on his website. These projects are absolutely wonderful and I am sure students are going to have good time working on these projects. I am personally looking forward to the next class that I am going to teach using this book. Thanks Sham for making the lives of students as well as teaching faculty so easy!!!
