Review: A well written first book on Lotus Notes. Each topic starts from the very basics. Great book if you're on a desert island with no computer and want to learn Notes; also good for a Notes user who wants to gradually learn development or to occasionally learn in depth about a particular Notes feature. I have not yet read any of this book for Sys Admin. I also have no sys admin experience. Because of its excellent presentation of basic concepts, the first sys admin chapters of this book are what I am choosing to read as my first exposure to sys ad. I expect that these few chapters will give me the background I need before reading the excellent Thomas/Peasley certification book.
