Summary: Good book with one flaw
Review: I used this book as a teaching supplement for staff training at a community college. The content was excellent and did a good job of presenting itself in an easy to follow manner. The only problem was the back of the book says it covers mail merge and enevelope creation but nowhere in the book can that information be found. Only for that reason did I give this book 4 stars instead of 5. Excellent beginner's guide to Word 97.
