Rating: Summary: Teach yourself how not to waste money on worthless books. Review: Not only did I waste money on this worthless book, I wasted a fortune on trying to sell my home using the advise of this guy. By the time I'm done, what little profit I made will surely go to my attorney to keep the buyers of my home off my back.

He goes into all aspects of buying "distressed property" which is something that we specialize in, so we found this a very good book.
