An Introduction to Programming: An Object-Oriented Approach with C++

Review: I took a C++ class and this was our text book. I found it difficult to understand reading the first time. It took me several times of reading to figure out the concepts. The books' source code files were supposed to provide codes for MS Visual C++ and Borland but never did in my classes time. I was overall dissapointed in this book.
