Summary: A disappointment
Review: This book is supposed to be written for engineers with bachelor's degrees. For a price of more than four dollars a page, I expected the content to be fairly dense, even if it is a tutorial. Instead, I found mostly non-mathematical explanations, apparently targeting the non-engineering audience. It would have been better to use my money as the down payment on a truly technical textbook.
