Review: I'm not a new Word user, but my office upgraded to Office 2003. I saw things on my screen that I didn't recognize. So, I ordered this book and got my answers. This Task Pane thing is a big change. It keeps popping up. The author explained what it was and how to use it. Thank goodness!
