Rating: Summary: What a great guy! Review: I ordered this book from Jim, and it was the wrong book. This guy not only refunded my order, and let me keep the book, he went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. This guy is definitely THE guy to order from. Thanks again, Jim.
Rating: Summary: This is the greatest book ever!!!! Review: Okay, this book is kick a** good. Because, not only did it give you a great guide to beat the game, but it told the story of Zelda. It's not supposed to be a players guide though. It described evrything and sense i've played the game, i can make a picture of were hes talking about. Great book, bye now, BUT NOT FOR 40 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rating: Summary: How to Get Your Nintendo Addict to Read Instead! Review: This book is a teacher's or mother's secret weapon. My five year old was a Nintendo addict (the Zelda game is the only Nintendo game that is actually good for them). He was a pretty good reader too, but he'd certainly never read a "chapter book" before. Then I found this one. You wouldn't think a five year old would or could read a 2nd grade level chapter book, but I'll be darned if he didn't devour the whole thing in one sitting. As they say in Judo, use the enemy's own power against him!
Rating: Summary: Not as expected. Review: This book is a waste of time...I bought it at a time where I was really hyped about this game and had hoped that the book would delve into some further detail. Instead, the book skims the storyline that you are already familiar with and can be finished in no less than an hour. Save yourself the trouble.
Rating: Summary: Dull to Read Review: When I first heard that Zelda was becoming a novel, I was hoping for a long book that shows the emotion and drama of Zelda. Instead we got a ... book that has no personality to it at all. I was so bored with it that I did not want to finish reading it. For those who say it is a great strategy guide, they must be mistaken. This book barely even skims through the dungeons. The text is so unimaginative, it is like the author is quickly trying to describe the entire event in one quick summary. When Link meets Zelda for the first time, it is about two sentences! The only reason I gave it one star is because it is okay reading for younger children and it has good pictures, other than that I would recommend another strategy guide. I hope someone does a real novel of Zelda though, it would be exciting to read.
