Review: I had a beginner's knowledge of RoboHelpo when I was assigned to create an online help project using RoboHelp 2000. What I knew about the tool I learned in a training class that was taught by a certified RoboHelp trainer in a classroom setting. Now that I needed to use the tool, I could not find an intermediate training class. Determined to teach myself, I turned to Kevin A. Siegel's RoboHelp Classic Version 2000. The manual is informative, easy to follow and written in plain English. Unlike many technical instructions, it doesn't ever make assumptions about the reader's knowledge or skill level. I will continue to use the book as a reference. I would recommend this book for trainers to use in their classrooms and for people who want self-paced learning. The next time I need to learn a tool, I will search first for a Kevin A. Siegel publication. As an added bonus, Mr. Siegel provides quick and courteous customer service from his IconLogic website. Mr. Siegel, are you married?

Review: I just finished the last lesson in Siegel's RoboHelp 2000 book. I give this book top-notch marks for the following: lesson depth; step-by-step approach; confidence builders (I loved those); and pace. Great value!
