Summary: GREAT CONTENT -- EASY TO USE
Review: I stumbled across this book by chance. I gambled and bought it. It is very, very easy to use. Got me up and running with both MS SQL and MySQL (which I downloaded for free). Book covers both -- lots of hands on examples -- each lesson (doesn't use chapters) takes about 10 minutes -- very focused, easy to follow.

Looking for something similar now on Active Server.

Review: Thank you for addressing MYSQL! Each chapter presents an SQL topic and then shows you how to use the topic in Microsoft SQL server and then MYSQL.

The information on stored procedures was great.

If you are just learning SQL, I highly recommend this book.
