Review: This was an extremely useful book for study of data networks.....it goes right from the basics of laying the foundation for performance engineering multiprotocol networks. The techniques and principles mentioned in the book are generic and applicable to different types of applications in general. The book also discusses the issues specific to various protocols in detail in large networks and provides a simple way to analyze its performance. Finally the case studies present common situations occurring in networks which is really helpful for analyzing things from a practical point of view.
