Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Outstanding
Review: Simply put, this is where international relations is headed in the 21st century. Nations that lead via common values, morals and ethics will rise to the top of the global chain of influence. Those that disregard global ethics will sink.

Bush has some recognition of this, that ethics and values (human rights and democracy) are more important than balance of power or realpolitik. However he fails in the information warfare aspect, that is, convincing the world community that his values are correct and his actions are correlated with them.

A great book.
