Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great book for students of the subject
Review: This book is collection of seminal papers in computer architecture. Similar collections have been used for classes in my university; and I can easily say this is one of the best collections I've ever seen.

If you're a grad student, researcher, or practicing engineer on the area, this is a great book to keep nearby. It will save you from the hassle of going to the library and making copies of all the important papers.

On the other hand, this book is not of much use if you don't already possess advanced knowledge of computer architecture, i.e. it definitely is not a beginners' book. These people might want to take a look at Hennessy & Patterson's book for a very comprehensive, or at Tanenbaum's book for a simpler introduction to the field.

I strongly recommend this book.
