Review: AOL. Most unreliable web service ever. Hardware that needs conistent upgrades, Access to the web that takes forever to connect, web-site design that shows the graphics in distorted order, and a customer service number that does not help customers but just tries to sell more AOL poducts. This book is full of lies and you can see why AOL dstroyed Time-Warner.
