Review: I've just started working with this book, but I'm very impressed. Very clear layout, has lots of examples and exercises (with answers to even numbered ones). Very good about explaining why things are done a certain way, and especially strong in asking questions a typical reader might have. I'm recommending this for my graduate course on research methods for information technology.
