Review: Hi, I'm Steve Nelson, the author of the QuickBooks All-in-One Desk Reference. I'm not going to say a bunch about this book. But I did want to say that my whole purpose in writing this book--I'm also the author of QuickBooks for Dummies--was to provide more information about using QuickBooks than is available anywhere else. And this book does exactly that. It's bigger and covers more ground than either the QuickBooks for Dummies book or the Official Guide book. You'll not only read about how to work with QuickBooks in this book... you'll also learn how to use QuickBooks to apply "MBA-style" management techniques to your situation.... using ABC management techniques..., using economic value added analysis..., and so forth. In fact, and this is really no exaggeration, my aim was to make this book, essentially, a "small business" MBA.
