Summary: Excellent, Enjoyable, Practical... Be Prepared America
Review: A practical scenario of how things could go South in a hurry. After 9-11, American's have realized that the security, peace, prosperity, and freedom (i.e., fairy land) that we enjoy may not last forever. This is a fictional account of how to prepare and prosper even in the worst of times. Give this book a spin, you won't be able to put it down, and later if things go South, you'll be glad of the insight provided by this author. I would say this is a MUST READ, especially after 9-11!

Review: I bought this book after reading the other reviews on this site. The first half moves along and was hard to put down. After that, it degenerates into a bizarre scenario where the ``Patriots'' in the title are fighting to keep the United Nations from conquering Northern Idaho.Other folks may have found the book a valuable textbook, but unless you need to know how to brew up grenades capacble of ``taking out'' Bradley Fighting Vehicles and other tools of the New World Order, it's not that great. The book was really silly. Try ``Alas, Babylon'' instead.

Review: I took it on a trip, thinking I would get halfway through. after reading for an hour on the plane, I found myself picking it up every minute I could. Very detailed, there really is a J&G sales in Prescott, AZ.

Summary: A modern book of "REVELATION"!
Review: As a child growing up in the '50's and having a somewhat religious background, I always expected the downfall of America. Mr. Rawles presented it in much more realistic and vivid details than my worst fears had portrayed. This book is a complete recipe on what to do and what not to do in preparation for the inevitable.

Summary: Excellent insight for prepardness
Review: James Wesley Rawles book gives an indepth look into what it takes to be prepared for possible survival scenarios. The informative content in his book could most definately be applied to natural disaster prepardness as well. One hopes never to have to be in situations such as these, but like insurance, you never know whether you'll need it or not.

Summary: Blueprint For the Coming Times
Review: Follow the triumphs and foibles of thinking citizens as they persevere through economic collapse and tyranny. Many societies have endured the same calamities over the years. Here is a plausible text and field guide in the event it happens in America. Some of the scenarios are disturbing because average citizens may in fact face such choices in our own country. Better to have considered the situations beforehand, consolidated your principles and formulated a response than to be a helpless refugee.

Review: This is an excellent how-to book disguised quite well as an adventure novel. While I don't agree with everything and every scenario, this book will make you think, and re-evaluate your survival plans. If you have no plan, this is the book that will cause you to make one.

Review: This book is a great read! The characters are interesting and engaging. The story flows seemlessly and is suspenseful. The author has crafted a top-notch novel. It's hard to put down, and I guarantee you'll read it more than once with pleasure!

Summary: An informative, eye-opening and fast paced reality check!!!!
Review: Having been a "preparedness" type for 15 years led me to believe I had "seen" and "done" it all to save and protect my family if the worst ever happened. After reading this book, (in less than 4 days, I could not put it down) It made me realize how much more I still needed to do. If you have children, read this book, if you love your freedom, read this book, the plot of the story in the book is *very* plausible and those who would not believe it could ever happen, just remember September 11th. I have read it once and will go back again and read it again, this time with a highlighter and notepad. The product information, tactics, procedures, hints and tips in the book are worth the pricetag alone. I'm going to purchase several copies and give them to family members who have there heads in the sand, (most people do). I congratulate the author on a job well done. As a amateur writer I can first hand appreciate the tremendous effort, time and sacrifice that went into this book.

Summary: Patriots:Surviving the coming Collapse
Review: This book is most educational. I found it extremely knowledgeable and makes you think about how to prepare yourself.
The characters are fictious, but the book keeps you going and you actually can't wait to see what happens to each person. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in being self-prepared.
