Review: The author must have a sense of humor. I found it very strange how a book that can be so serious is at the same time very funny. I loved reading through it. And it helped me with my exams. I have a feeling that the teacher was using it as a source.

Now in its third edition, it has become known for its accuracy. It contains a style manual so that readers will also know how to write documents that contain computer terms. Students, teachers, business people, journalists, even industry experts will find this book easy to read, and easy to follow. It is not a dry book. It contains some humor to make it much more interesting to pick up and browse through. Best of all, this book is not aligned to any computer company. This means that the reader can received unbiased information about the industry at large.
