Summary: Finally Real-world Proof!
Review: StrikingItRich.com is only one of dozens (literally) of books and papers I have read during my own business plan development. I found it useful because it put many of the "ideas" presented in other books into a real world context.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: StrikeitRich.com is very well researched and up to date
Review: As a person who has been on-line before the web and is obsessed with keeping up to date with the latest trends I found this book to be very well researched and up to date. It also reads very fast and you will not believe the on-line updates provided at strikeitrich.com. Soon we will all be doing business this way.

Summary: Most Valuable Book I've Bought in Years!
Review: After reading the couple sample chapters at www.StrikingItRich.com I was mesmerized by the quality of information so I bought the book...which I read cover to cover in 2 days. Each profile is packed with incredible information and I couldn't keep my mind from racing with fabulous ideas for my website.

Summary: Best Book Ever About E-Commerce
Review: I bought this book because I wanted intimate details of how other people did it. Not the big names like Amazon.com, but small business like myself who want to earn a living online. The results? My web business has grown 50% just from the suggestions I got from StrikingItRich.com". Buy it.

Summary: Don't waste your time...go buy "Customers.com" instead
Review: Poorly written, not well organized (alphabetically by Web site URL???), and not all that informative, unless you're interested in learning about a bunch of quirky Web sites. There were no summaries of "Lessons Learned" or "Best Practices", so it was hard to follow what the important lessons were in the success of these sites. (And I have to question the author's definition of "success", as many of these sites apppeared to have only limited audiences with not all that much potential for future profitability.)

If the reader really wants to learn something about "best in class" use of the Web for business, go buy Patricia Seybold's "Customers.com", a much clearer and better written treatise on eCommerce.

Summary: Super!
Review: Jacklyn has vision. She knows her stuff and this book is no exception

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Interesting, but could've been better
Review: I found the case studies to be interesting and somewhat useful. If the author offered an analysis of do's and don'ts at the end of each case, this would've been a much better book.

Summary: The Essential Book of Net Marketing Savvy
Review: Jaclyn Easton has crafted an impressive book for all of us interested in Web commerce and curious about the underpinning of thought and detail required to get a web business up an running.

Jaclyn addresses the issues and questions I would have liked to ask these entrepreneurs myself. Each chapter is like a candy bar; rich and nutty and convincing you to read/eat just one more.

These warmly told stories encourage you to read them a second time and give your highlighter pen some exercise.

The only minor weakness is the less than perfect paper on which it was printed. Happily, it's not the visual images that count, but rather the warmly descriptive detail that conveys the essence of these web marketing adventures.

Summary: This is the real deal on business on the web
Review: I have read quite a few books about doing business on the web. None have come close to Jaclyn Easton's Strikingitrich.com. This book is for real and should be read by anyone doing, or planning on doing business on the web.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: A shoddy book with good data
Review: This book has indeed a wealth of interesting facts and observations from real-life e-businesses. But it provides little analysis, and it is shoddily produced, abysmally written, and not edited at all.
