Summary: Easy and fun to read, incredibly useful techniques
Review: This little book is full of easy-to-apply advice for maximizing your email-reading effectiveness. Using automated rules is something you have to be a bit organized about to pull off. This book clues you in to just how to do it so that it's a breeze to implement and immediately starts paying off. Also, the "unwritten rules" of how to manage email effectively are here: like what email you should answer right away, and how to recognize emails that you can put off for a while, and what to put in the subject of your own emails so that others can do the same.

This book is worth buying because it really sticks to the one focus of helping with email overload, and nails it. I spend much less time on email on a daily basis since I read this book.
