Summary: Easy HTML for Better Auctions and Web Pages
Review: I found this to really be HTML in 24 hours. If your selling on the internet with auctions it's a must have. Easy to follow lessons let you practice offline and it's written for the beginner. Home pages are no problem if you want to do one yourself, and if your thinking of paying someone to make one for you, your should get this first, it's alot cheaper. I found it easy to read and follow as I made my own online store, in less than 24 hours.

Summary: the best and easiest book in the computer world to read
Review: im am a frequent reader of computer books and love to teach myself computer languages. i am a computer science student and some of the language i know is pascal, c++, quick basic, and thanks to this book now i know html. This is one of the easiest language to learn out of all the books i tried to teach my self. Review: I thought this book was great! The author did a great, entertaining job, and the corresponding website was excellent...I now know much of html and have began Java Script! A definite recommendation to those who are beginners!

Summary: One of the best.
Review: I found this book to be an excellent up-to-date introduction to HTML. I wanted to learn at least the fundamentals of coding HTML by hand before immersing myself in learning a dedicated web design product, and I've been very pleased with how this book has helped me do that.The HTML quick reference in the back I thought was a particularly nice touch. It was a bit disconcerting though to find the occassional figure mislabeled and the odd new tag attribute show up in an example but not be explained.

Summary: great book, buy it!
Review: i am an experienced c++ programmer, but i knew nothing about html. a friend recommended the book. after reading it i can say this is a great book for learning html. it's clear, concise, and no fluff. read it cover to cover and you should be able to produce first-class web sites. it doesn't cover EVERYTHING you need to know about html, but it's a great spring board from which to start. bottom line: if you want to learn html, then buy this book!

Summary: Review of HTML 4.0 in 24 hours
Review: A wonderful book for ones who are just learning html. I had bought 3 other books prior to this one and ended up giving them away. This book gets right to the point of teaching html and also teaches you how to use some of the tools needed to prepare your page materials, ie. Paint Shop Pro. The best thing about this book is that it covers everything needed in html, including the future of html, and that it's very easy to read and understand. "5 thumbs up" on this title! LOL.

Summary: Even beginner would find this book waste of time
Review: the book generally aims at "beginners" who would probably have no experience in HTML 4. it would be, however, a total trash for anyone who has some HTML experience. the book doesn't explain too much about the different coding ways in using netscape and internet explorer. the "form" part has been poorly written. if you just want to learn some HTML basic skills, ok, you can borrow this book from your local library and then return it asap. don't waste money buying this book. the reason why i gave this book 2 stars is that it has a reference session by the end of the book. other than that, this is a minus one star book.

Review: well when i got this book i realy knew nothing about html but know i work as a web developer its the book that any body can get as a start and it teach you how to be a pro it covers a lot of stuff not only html but nearly the basic's of evry thing related .. if you wanna learn web programing i think this is the right book for you
