Summary: It's not all to bad.
Review: I don't know what everybody is talking about. When I got this book I was not interested in spelling or grammer. This guide can walk you through every mission and give an ok review on all the units. If you're a beginner at this game, this book is perfect for you.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Starcraft
Review: I don't know why all these peaple are so picky about spelling. this book is great at guiding you though the missions and if you are a begginer at starcraft I wold highly reccomend this book to you.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Nice outlay with great info and a headto-head strategy.
Review: I gave this book 4 stars because it will really help you improve your game. The reason it didn't get all 5 stars is because the maps are black and white and hard to read since they are not pictures. They are still readable though. Also, it gives you a step by step strategy for each mission. It will tell you hints for all three races and strategies for any combination of species fighting each other. It also will give you tips for playing on battle.net against other players. It may look too fat for a strategy book but you'll find yourself reading the whole thing.

Summary: good, for a strat. guide
Review: I got this book when I bought the Starcraft Battle Chest and I am not one for Stratagy guides, but as far as the layout and help it was a good book. The only real problem I have is that there are alot of spelling and gramar errors.

Summary: Great and Informative
Review: I wrote this book. I recomend it to anyone who likes STARCRAFT mainly due to it's information. If you have The StarCraft Expansion Set: Brood Wars or you are going to buy it, this book is a must have!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: It is great for novices
Review: If you ...need tips desperately or if you are just a novice then this is really good for you. I was a novice and now i am a reasonable threat esp. in team battles.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Ok
Review: it ok cover the games but still cheater can beat the game without it just for real players!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Cool Book
Review: It's a very cool book, if you get bored it will keep you busy for a long time. It also has a lot of good unit tricks and mission stuff. It also told me a cool code called RADIOFREEZERG that lets you listen to funny music. It has a lot of spelling errors though, like a Dart Archon (Dark Archon) and it called overlords overminds sometimes.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Rehash of first book plus new missions
Review: New mission coverage is good, but the typo's and mistakes are many. On one page he repeats the same paragragh (talk about filler) -- buy it on sale to get the mission info, the rest you can get from his first book. Tables in back are incomplete.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: An ok book which could have been a lot better
Review: Ok, so you bought brood wars did you? You want a strategy guide, do ya? Well my advice is don't buy this unless you want a walk through of its 30(about) levels. This is basically what the book consists of. The unit table for the new units; lurker, medic, etc...is good but it fails to mention cooldown times. The multiplayer section is everything but complete. Bottom Line: Save yourself the money and buy the game Tribes or something.
