Pokemon: Prima's Official Strategy Guide

Summary: This book is ok
Review: The book is ok but the maps are wrong in the unknow dungun and they do not show stats of the pokemon in this book which they do in Nintendo's book on pokemon. Nintendo's book is all so much more elabrit. It shows phots of all the pokemon which primas does but they are very small.

Review: I played my game straight through with this book, from my house in Pallet Town to Indigo Plateau. It got me through almost everything. I would've given it 4 9/10 stars if I could've, but I had to do four. It had tons of spelling errors, for one. Next, it doesn't have any cheats. Third, there's no battle chart. Fourth, some of the items in Victory Road are messed up, as is Chansey's name under the Unknown Dungeon(it says Lucky.) Fifth, on pages 54 and 55 it shows the list for Pokémon House, but you don't need it on p. 55. Next, it doesn't tell you what the trainers will give you in the Pokémon Lab on Cinnabar. Seventh, it doesn't tell you which people give you stuff in Silph Co. It doesn't even tell you where to get Lapras! Also, it says Ghosts are great vs. Psychic. That is SOOO wrong. Take Gastly, Haunter, or Gengar in there and they faint in like 3 seconds. Take Kadabra, Alakazam, Mr. Mime, Mewtwo, or Mew against Agatha and she's dead. There's probably more, but, I won't say it now. The graphics are good, the maps are accurate, the attacks are right, the backgrounds are cool, and the Pokédex is correct (up to #150 Mewtwo.) There's a lot of stuff that could be fixed, but, too late. This book has become the biggest thing in my school Pokémon club. Myself and Bruno have a copy and almost everyone goes nuts to look at it all the time (Of course, about half of them are insane anyway! *LOL*) Please write if you're a Pokénut and/or want any help in Pokémon. I'm a guidebook in myself after reading this thing about 40,000,000 times!!! *LOL*

Review: Its the greatest thing ever i at least read it about 2hrs.I draw alot of the pokemon so far 52. It also helped me catch alot of pokemon.I only ca- ught 56 but I caught great ones. I caught Mewtwo In one try without the master ball!!!!!!!!!!Its the bomb.Oh yeha!!
