Summary: Excellent book for readers at any level
Review: This book is an excellent work, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Mr. Baird has excellent insight into the dynamics of software development projects, what makes them successful and what makes them fail. He does and outstanding job of explaining the concepts of Extreme Programming in the context of his vast professional experiences.I really enjoyed reading this book, and recommend it highly to anyone interested in the concepts of Extreme Programming methodology, but also to anyone who is interested in clear, concise wisdom in regards to how to successfully manage software development lifecycles. I found Mr. Baird to be extremely knowledgeable, very witty and quite capable of explaining these concepts in a way that make it easy to understand, and practical to use.
