Summary: An Must Have Book For Beginning QBASIC
Review: This is Greg Perry at his best. The book is well written, well structured and will have the novice writing good programs in no time. Having never programmed before I was able to write a few involved programs after reading only 2/3 of the book. Perry peppers the lessons with meaningful examples and writes in a clear, easy to understand style. I recommend this book to anyone trying to learn QBasic. This should stand as an example to all programming books.

Summary: Well done...
Review: Very nice book. This is the first book I read concerning programming and it got me up on my feet. If you have never programmed in anything before, I suggest this book. If you program in C or something, you should have enough sense not to buy it. I wish it would have said more about graphics, but it's supposed to be simple, so I can't really expect some wild effects. I guess I can sum it up in two words, ironically the same as the language: Quick and Basic.
